Hey All,
I am Akhoury Shauryam. A 3rd Year BSc Mathematics and Computer Science student from Chennai Mathematical Institute. I’ve been using and learning SunPy and AstroPy for the past few weeks and currently trying to understand how the codebase works to help fix some issues. I wish to contribute more and more in the upcoming weeks. I will be trying my best for the ‘Scraper Rewrite’ project. Hope to experience and learn more through this.

We recommend that everyone starts with reading Newcomers’ Guide — SunPy 4.1.dev965+gb18bd5ec2 documentation to get started. This will walk you through getting a development environment setup. When that is complete, the next step is to start tackling some issues!
