Dear Astropy community,
The Finance committee has reviewed the Finalized FRs and has decided to open the voting period early. You will find a comment on each FR pull request saying “Please react to this comment to vote on this proposal ( 
, 
, or no reaction for +0)”. Voting members of the Astropy Project (as of the start of the vote) can vote using this dedicated comment. Every voting member of the Astropy Project has equal voting rights. Note that comments are still welcome and the discussion is open to anyone.
Voting will close on September 12, after which the Coordination and Finance Committees will select FRs based on community input.
