Submap return differnet data shapes

Hello,

I want to clip AIA map. But I found when I used ‘aiamap.submap()’ by providing the same ‘top_right’ and ‘bottom_left’ value, I got the different aiamap.data shapes of different passbands. And the results from IDL ssw is also different with the results from sunpy.

Hi,

Can you provide more context as what files you are using, what bottom_left and top_right values you are using, what the output was from sunpy and what IDL provides?

Thanks

Thanks for your answer.

I solved this problem by using aiapy [ update_pointing() and register() ].

But now I have another problem. I converted AIA 1.0 level datas to 1.5 level datas by aiapy, but it would take a long time. After that, when I run the converting code again, I got the folloing notice:

The JSOC is having technical issues that they are fixing, ETA is unknown at the moment.
