Well, actually, I want the MHD model to investigate how the sun’s magnetic field is created and changed. Plotting the MHD model for the Sun’s magnetic field lines. I think, something like the pfss model that plots the magnetic field lines in the sun’s corona and for example hmi or gong is used as a tool in it.

This I think requires a simulation, these are not normally commonly available on the internet but require specialist software and normally guidance from the original authors.
I would suggest you start looking at published papers that have done the kind of objective you are after and then see if you can get access to their tools.
If you want to plot field lines, there is a Python library that will do PFSS from HMI or GONG images called sunkit-magex.
