# Why I get "record: warning=No FITS files were exported. The requested FITS files no longer exist."

I wanted to download sharp data on 2000.10.07, but I got this error :  
“Downloading file 1 of 1…  
record: warning=No FITS files were exported. The requested FITS files no longer exist.”

why it doesn’t exist? and where else can I get this kind of fits data
